Urban Rehabilitation of Robkrung Canalside , Phahurat Sampeng District

Phahurat - Sampeng District is a historical and largest textile and craft market in Thailand. The concept of this Urban Rehabilitaion Project is how to develop an old-town commercial area along Robkrung canalside where is the historical canal of Bangkok.

Bangkok 250 (Kadejeen - Klongsan)

Bangkok is going to be anniversary 250 years in 2032 (B.E.2575). Bangkok 250 is an urban rehabilitation project of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration which planed to celebrate Bangkok being livable city, efficiency city and being world class city. A sample area of Bangkok 250 is Kadejeen-Klongsan historical district where is a mix-culture of Thai-Chinese, Thai-Christian and Thai-Islamic that live together from early RattanaKosin Era.

Regulations and Measures of  Bangkok Comprehensive Plan for Inner and Central District of Bangkok

The improvement of Regulations and Measures of Bangkok Comprehensive Plan 2556 is an implement for develop Bangkok to be a compact city. Though this project analyze a selection

area of 25 districts in inner and central Bangkok inside Ratchadapisek ring road.

Urban Planning Standard

The improvement of Urban Planning Standard 2018 of Department of Public works and Town & Country Planning is criteria and standard for town and city Comprehensive Plan of Thailand. This is an implement that appropriate and efficiency for develop town and city grow in the neary future.

โครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามผังเมืองรวม ด้วยมาตรการโอนสิทธิการพัฒนา (Transfer of Development Right : TDR) และ มาตรการพัฒนาโครงการขนาดใหญ่ (Planned Unit Development : PUD)

TDR and PUD is a measure of an urban planning that many country apply for develop city. TDR or Transfer Development Right is a measure to preserve historical buildings, valuable buildings and farm lands. While PUD or Plan Unit Development is a measure that persuade enormous land owner develop their land with provide public infrastructure.

Plan for Bangkok Comprehensive Plan the 4th edited

Bangkok Comprehensive Plan the 3rd edited has implemented since 2013 (B.E.2556). The most important objective of this regulation is to control the use of land as FAR (Floor Area Ratio) and building set back. Moreover there is an infrastructure plan, an open space plan, utilities and facilities plan. However there is measures for persuade developers call FAR Bonus. Now Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has reviewed the 3rd edited and has been planning for Bangkok Comprehensive Plan the 4th edited to implement in a few years.
